Rhubarb Jam

Rhubarb Jam   (Addie Crowell)

5 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 cups sugar
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry jello

Prepare rhubarb by washing and cutting up in small pieces. Add 1 cup sugar and let set overnight. In the morning, add 3 cups sugar and boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add one pkg. jello. Bottle while hot.
