Salmon or Tuna Loaf

3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. flour
Salt
2 cups milk
1 can salmon or tuna
1 cup dry bread crumbs ( not packaged)
Bit of onion cut fine
2 eggs

Melt margarine and add flour and stir, then add milk. Cook until thick.
Add salmon or tuna and other ingredients.
Bake in loaf pan or casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour or until set.
325 degree oven.
